Here are some useful books listed in no particular order (because y’all, this was hard to format!). These are not offered in lieu of pursuing therapy but as supplemental support to your self-discovery journey. I recommend checking your local library first to see if they have copies, and then sites like Bookshop or Thriftbooks for purchasing physical copies, if you so choose.
